205 twin sticking
This is best to do with the transfer case on the bench
Start with cleaning the case and getting most of the dirt off the top and around the shiftrails. You only need to remove the shift rail closest to the input.
then remove the frost plug (1) and the shift dentene spring and ball (2)

the dentene spring and ball

through the frost plug hole line up the roll pin and pound in to the case, casrful pull the punch back out until you can barely pull the shift rail out. this helps keep the shift fork up an not falling down into the case
here is the stock rail to the right and the modified rail on the left.

also you will need to grid the end the equal amount as seen with this pic

install in reverse order. pull the side cover off to retrive the roll pin and frost plug. Always replace used frost plugs with new ones, being this one is so small i filled it with rtv.
As for shift levers i bought mine off ebay but with a little creativity and thought you could easily build them yourself, i will get pic of them when i get it all back togetherLast edited by ox_man; 02-17-2010 at 10:14 PM.

It seemed easier to move the cab back then moving the axle forward to get a better aproach angle.
