my friend has a freshly rebuilt 71 olds 350 for sale its got new pistons, new connecting rod, new bearings, new com cams performance cam, new comp cam lifter, new push tubes, new edelbrock double roller timing chain, rebuilt heads with springs 4 the cam, new water pump, new oil pump, new harmonic balancer, new points ignition system. If interested you can here her run. my friend needed to rebuild a motor for class and he had the olds laying around and thought it would be cool in his mud truck but the motor coasted much more than he thought it would and now he needs to sell it to pay off his credit card he built the motor with. I don’t know if it’s a rocket or not came out of a 71 cutlass 10 years ago because of body damage but it was a very expensive engine to build. Go on eBay and check out the price of just a stock re build kit and than think of the cam and other stuff. Also has the carb on it is mine and does not come with it

Whats the diff between an olds and a rocket

and olds rocket is like a mini big block. lot tougher . i think it has higher compression ratio to. but if u put a reg 350 next to it it would be dwarfed by the 350 rocket

yea its a tough ass motor. hearing it run is killer . i hope he just says screw these guys and puts it in the mud truck.
