My bud has a Polaris twin that was getting coolant in his oil. We took the head and jug off to inspect. We found no definite signs of a leak, water path, clean piston ect.

I met Mudevil, Bender77, Thumper and another guy who is a wannabe here :poke: , got to talking about it. They (I think it was Bender who brought it up) informed me about the old style plastic water pump and seal.

Sure as Sh!t the pump was bad and took out the seal. I imagine being car guys we would have takin the head back off to check for cracks.

Just puttin this out there in case anyone else runs into a similar problem, and a tip of the cap for the fix.

Yea I'm whorin it up tryin to get to 2K this weekend
