i am going to use the lock outs to choose witch tire i want to spin and weather i want to have them both go. if i break a shaft it will give me an excuse to get 4340 moly shafts, 35 or 40 spline inners and 35 spline outters. thanks for the concern though:beers:

Where are you getting a high pinion passenger side drop frontend.

cutting a ford d60 and flopping it to the other side, and trussing the $hit out of it!

instead of welding it i woul invest in a selectable locker. you will thank yourself later

thought about that, it didn't take long to say f that its to expensive. If i just weld it and use the lock outs it will do the same thing.Plus i know that the tire locked in will always spin as opposed to open diff.

I understand where your coming from but it will still kinda be the same concept as leaving it open unless you plan on jumping out in the mud and running around turnin lockouts. not trying to rip on ya just tryin to help out.

Iv'e had welded, posi, a Detroit and a selectable locker (ARB) and I can say that in a front end I would spend the money on a selectable locker.

I like my selectable.

when my pockets get way deeper i will probably consider spending $800.00 on a selectable. i think i would spend it on moly shafts first!
