A buddy of mine did that to an old POS car of his. Pinned the throttle, killed the ignition, just before the engine revd down he turn the key back on. The results were a 3 ft. fire ball out the exhaust. After about 10 times the muffler was glowing. The car didn't make the 5 block drive home.
