Directions/Parking: From Appleton, 1 mile East on Highway 59

Directions/Parking: From Pine City go 4 miles northeast on County Road 9, then 9 miles East on County Road 10/Chengwatana Forest Road to parking lot.

Directions/Parking: From Four Town 2 miles West, then 1 mile South, follow dirt road.

Directions/Parking: From Trimont, West on County Road 38, 1 mile to County Road 44. Turn right onto County Road 44, 7 miles left on the Township Road and ½ mile to parking.

Directions/Parking: From Highway 71, 3 miles West on County Road 41, at Two Inlets Town Hall.

Fort Ripley and Ripley Connection - A

Directions/Parking: From Little Falls, 2 miles North of HWY 371. From Brainerd, 1 mile South.
Open: Southern section open April 1 – November 30. Northern section open year-round.

Directions/Parking: From Willow River, North on County Road 61, 2 miles, right 2 miles, left ½ mile to Dago Lake day-use parking area.

Directions/Parking: From Gilbert, East on Highway 135, entrance on Enterprise Trail.

Directions/Parking: From Walker, 10 miles West on State Highway 34 to State Highway 64, then North 5.5 miles to Recreation Trail marker. From Park Rapids, 17 miles East to State Highway 64. From Bemidji, 28 miles South on US Highway 71, East on State Highway 200, then South on Highway 64.

Directions/Parking: From Outing, 7 miles North on Highway 6, then ¾ mile East on Ben Draper Forest Road.

Moosewalk/Mooserun - A

Directions/Parking: From Finland, go East on Lake County Highway 7 for 2 miles. Parking is on the South side of the highway. Parking is also available at Wildhurst Campground and off Lake County Road 701 on the trail.
Open: May 15 – November 30

Nemadji State Forest – A, M
Difficulty: Easiest
Directions/Parking: From Nickerson, Highway 23 northeast ½ mile, then right 1.5 miles to Net Lake Forest Road, turn right about 2 miles.
Open: Year-round (watch for seasonal closings)

Pine Center - A
Difficulty: More difficult
Directions/Parking: From the Junctions of County Road 8 and County Road 2 in Pine Center, 1.6 miles East on County Road 2.
Open: April 1 – November 30

Rabey Line - A
Difficulty: Easiest
Directions/Parking: 1 mile East of Hill City on Highway 200, and at the county campground and wayside rest at Jacobson. From Grand Rapids, 18 miles South on Highway 169 to Highway 200 East, 1 mile to parking area. From McGregor, 30 miles North on Highway 65 to Jacobson, ½ mile East on Highway 200 to parking area.
Open: April 1 – November 1

Directions/Parking: From Beaver Bay, the trailhead is located on the North side of Highway 4, ½ mile West of Highway 61.
Open: May 15 – November 30

Red Top - A

Directions/Parking: From Isle, trailhead lies northeast on Soo Line 4.6 miles. Parking for Soo Line and Red Top is available in Isle from Highway 27, south 1.5 blocks on Central Ave. Enter at the signed parking lot. Parking is also available in McGrath.
Open: May 15 – November 1

RJD State Forest - Snake Creek – A, M
Difficulty: Easiest
Directions/Parking: From Kellogg, 3 miles south on Highway 61

RJD State Forest - Trout Valley – A, M
Difficulty: Easiest
Directions/Parking: From Winona, 15 miles northwest on Highway 61, then 1.7 miles southwest on County Road 29.

Directions/Parking: From Martineau OHM trails, 4.5 miles North of Akeley, on Highway 64.
Open: Year-round (except for groomed snowmobile trails in winter)

Directions/Parking: From Hinkley go East on Highway 48, then North on County Road 173 to Tamarack Forest Road.
Open: Year-round (watch for seasonal closings)

Soo Line North - A
Difficulty: Easiest
Directions/Parking: Trail head at former rail junction, ¾ mile southwest of the Soo Line Depot in Moose Lake. Parking areas located in the towns of Lawler, Shovel Lake, Palisade, McGregor, Swatara, Remer, and Cass Lake.
Open: April 1 – November 30 (Aitkin & Cass County), Year-round (Carlton County)

Soo Line South - A
Difficulty: Easiest
Directions/Parking: From Willow River, ¼ mile North on County Road 61, 3 miles West on County Road 41, 2 miles on County Road 42, then 2.5 miles West on County Road 52 to Denham trailhead. Parking available in McGrath, Isle, East side of Highway 25 in Genola, and at the Soo Line Depot in Moose Lake.
Open: April – October 31 (Morrison County), April 1 – November 30 (Aitkin, Pine & Mille Lacs Counties), Year-round (Carlton County)

Soo Pits – A, M
Difficulty: Easiest
Directions/Parking: From Moose Lake, ½ mile East on Highway 27.
Open: April 1 – November 30

Southeast Minnesota- A
Difficulty: Easiest
Directions/Parking: Access off US Highway 14 near Stockton, on West side of trailer court.

Directions/Parking: From Pine River, 12 miles West on County Road 2, then South 1.5 miles on Spider McKinley Forest Road to parking area.

Directions/Parking: In Babbitt, 0.8 miles from the intersection of County Roads 70 and 21.

Directions/Parking: From Togo, Highway 1 to County Road 562, go West, park at intersection of County Roads 562 & 542.
Open: May 1 – November 30 (watch for closures, concurrent use with horse riders)

Directions/Parking: In Tower, from Main Street, 2.5 blocks North on Poplar Street.

Directions/Parking: From Faribault, 4 miles North on Highway 3 to Landfill Road (County Road 75), then ¼ miles East to Cabot Avenue, ¼ mile on right.

I have them marked above as well. Sucks everythings so far away from the cities. Spider Lake rocks from what I've seen of the parts I've been in. Many more place to go in the Foothills as well if your rig is road legal. :D

As of today, There are ZERO designated trail miles for Trucks.
We've the two parks, and maybe 11 shared miles with the ATV/OHM.
(Hint, you should be mad about this. Your getting kicked out of all the state forest)

Correct! Same roads you can drive a car down in the summer. (No ORV sticker needed if you're street legal)

Some have a very nice view, and easy long drive.

i know up by walker right of 371 there are some pretty hairy gravels, a local at hardees told me n my cousins gf about em (over heard us lookin for a place to camp for 4th of july) we were in a 4x4 s10 blazer and pretty soon had doubts of weather or not we were gonna make it back there or not, and deff. didnt think we were on a real road anymore but after 20 miles of back country crawlin we came to a cement boat landing and street signs, really wanna get my ramcharger up there this summer
