I'm new to Minnesota so I'm wondering if there are any fab shops around the Twin Cities that can make me a set of sliders, front and rear bumper.
Looking for sliders like this:

And a bumper like this:

Any help is appreciated!

Aftermarket is definitely available. But I have heard of a lot of people going to some local machine shop or something and having something custom done and it's cheaper. No freight shipping, faster, custom, etc...
Right now, those sliders have an 8-10 week lead time and that bumper won't even be available for order for another 4-6 weeks. Then, it's a 3-4 week turn around time.
Then, freight shipping all that stuff - probably $700 just on shipping!

And that's why I came here! I figured if ANYBODY in Minnesota knew of any places, MinnesotaMud.com would...
Off roading doesn't seem to be nearly as popular here in Minnesota than it is in Texas.
Any tips on trails? Not looking for 6 foot deep mud holes or anything, more rocky trails. I saw two on the Minnesota DNR website that allowed vehicles, but they're kinda far out.

also offroading is big here you just showed up at the end of the season it gets a little slow around winter but every once in a while there is some winter wheeling around spring theres a lot more talk about it so don’t give up on our sight keep checking in

the sliders are easy to source around here, but bumpers that are gonna look good and fit good are gonna be hard to just source around here. personally i would get the bumpers and source the sliders from someone around here. Do you have any fab tools? if you just need the tube bent for the sliders i can do that, but if you need the entire thing built maybe one of the shops mentioned would be better for you.

I would imagine you are right.
I barely had the tools to install the lift! :)
I'm definitely up for doing it myself and learning along the way (it's what I did with my lift) but I don't have welding tools, welding knowledge, room to put welding stuff, etc...

yeah on this site guys tend to keep it more do it yourself and dont like to order stuff out as much. this site is more mudders than trail trucks by far. Minnesota is deffinately not the prime destination for wheeling (at least how you know it) but if you find the right crowd there is some good stuff out there. mostly along the great lake and iron range area. oh yeah and if you find another truck with sliders on it you know to talk to them cause they are gonna be trail riders. good luck and happy wheeling

I'm a trail rider like you, there is quite a few trails around the cities (rochester Donnelys woods, new aubrin wisconsin Apple Valley farms, river falls, flat fender farms, ma and pa rockers near superior wisconsin, and the state run OHV park in gilbert)
try MN-jeep.com they're more about trails like you seem to be.
there are a few guys on there that run shops as well

4 wheel parts on hwy 65 in ham lake is just a few miles north of Hooze 4x4 (also in ham lake) both are on the right side of the road, as you are headed north.
some of the metal fab shops on and around the cities may be able to do what you want, though it could get costly for some of the shops to make what you want.
Also try Krysteel welding in Rogers, mn on cty rd 81 east of town, they are great people to deal with. Try Preferred Welding in Rogers, MN; he's good for that kind of work. The owners name is Len Hinton.

I am a trail rider and a mudder. There are alot of good places for both around the area. Call up a local welding shop and they can more than likely hook you up with the fab you need.

from lets say the bowling alley even though it has now collapsed auto trends would be on east hwy 10 right before broadway bar and pizza. and next to jerry's car dealer.
