Nope I Run A Standerd Mech Pump For My Rads In Box, Seems To Work Just Fine, Brother In Law Has A 460 With Mech Pump That Feeds 2 Radiators In Box With No Problem. I Use 1 1/4 Emt Pipe To Move The Water Back And Forth

isnt that plastic PVC or steel pipe? and im wondering would PVC pipes works for collant system? would anti freeze eat it up?? i also have 16 gal of KEG in the back too. so would be less of anti freeze. more percent of water.

emt is a steel pipe used in the electric trade, and since iam an electrition it is easyly avaliable (free) and i have a bender to bend the radius to match the frame or go around corners. the only thing i can see about pvc is that i dont know if it would take the heat, i mean it may take 190 but come on everyone of us has had our motors to 250 or more. i have seen guys use copper pipe, but my idea is that i use one 10 foot stick on each side and then change over to farm hoses on each end, less places to have leaks then piecing something together.

As far as using PVC, I would mostly worry about it shattering from something smacking into it, or even just being jarred around in the truck. It won't dent like metal... just break.
