So I know most of you have trucks and such, but what do you all have for other toys?

My "neighbor" has one of these:

Now these don't happen to be racing lawn mowers, do they?!?

I forgot to add, I also have a 1974 Pontiac Trans Am. The body is clean with almost no rust (one tiny spot) and 54,000 miles on it. The motor is currently out being built. Should be right around 400 horses when it comes back! :drive:

My brother-in-law and I used to do garden tractor pulling, that is until they figured out we were cheating!! A lawn mower engine on laughing gas sounds really cool, especially right before they blow up!!!!!!

wheeler way more useful and fun

RacergirlZ26
03-27-2006, 08:25 AM
Yeah, that's what I'm leaning more towards.. I love snowmobiling though, I've been doing it for about 6 years now, and there isn't anything like going through fresh powder snow on a snowmobile.... but like ol'e blue said, we don't get nearly as much snow as we used to anymore. My parents live up in northern Wisconsin, and they have 2 snowmobiles, and we always used to go over the the UP and they get loaded with good snow,... but I can always use their sleds. So I'm definately leanin more towards getting a 4wheeler.

oh yeah. i was that CLOSE bought bombraider 500cc but ended up got kodiak 450 cuz of i had to apply ANOTHER credit for bombraider so decided to hold it up til i have enough money to get 800's. but at first i'd prefer get sea doo RXP jet ski for my 7,000 acres lake front of my cabin up north. since my kodiak 450's my first atv and im loving it since. plus it only have 140 miles on it. so use it up til i have enough money to get 800's

Nova Bandit

I've done the whole Sea Doo thing before. They are a TON of fun... for a while. The only problem is that you get sick of doing the same thing over and over. There are only so many different conditions to ride on water. Plus you only get about 3 months of good riding weather. Thats the reason I got rid of the snowmobile too! The ATV will be fun to play with in snow and sun!

My collection is a 2001 yamaha road star 1600cc, a mid 80's chaparal 17 footer with a 140hp i/o, a 49' chev pickup (project), and a 92' polaris indy 400 (i steal my folks anyways so i never have to ride it).

By the way, anyone on here good with i/o boat motors, the 140 mercury i/o only runs once in a while

This past hunting season i took it back in some backwater of a wetland where there was about 2 inches of water, hard mud. Now my boat is about 500 lbs, plus 2-200 lb guys, 150+ lbs of other stuff in the boat. I wouldnt call it a breeze, but i was able to turn around. Had to lift the prop up and slam it down into the mud so I could get some push. Its been through brush where you couldnt even walk in, weeds, sand, rocks...and she still runs 100%
