thread delete

I deleted the Anyone live around anoka and wanna take me mudding?!?! thread because thats what a lot of you seemed to have wanted. I didn't want to delete it originally because it was in general chatter and you can talk about anything you want (within reason) in there, but alot of you wanted it deleted so I did it. The main reason I did it was there are two threads talking about the same thing and I saw no need for that. The problem is that every time a mod deletes a post there are people crying there thread or posts got deleted. The point I am trying to make is do you want me to moderate this kind of stuff or not, just keep in mind I do not live on this site being I work 10 -12 hrs a day. I just want to keep the site enjoyable to most of the people on here and can't please everybody all of the time.
